45th Annual Armadillo Run

The Armadillo Run is an annual event sponsored by the Rotary Club of Oldsmar/Eastlake celebrating 45 years of running in 2026. There are three races to choose from: The 1 mile Run-Walk-Fun and the popular and enjoyable 5K and 10K runs on a flat, fast, scenic certified courses with chip timing. There will be mile markers every mile and water stations on the course.

• The 10K run starts at 7:15 am. The 5K run starts at 7:45 am. The 1 mile Run-Walk-Fun starts at 7:47 am.
• All participants will be recognized with a special finisher's medal for their efforts
• Early pre-registered runners are guaranteed to receive the colorful commemorative Armadillo Run t-shirt.
• Awards to the top three in each age group for both 10K and 5K.   
• And we’re hosting a super post-race party with massages, entertainment, food, beer, and much, much more.

This year’s Armadillo Run is dedicated to the fight against Alzheimer’s, with 50% of all proceeds supporting Alzheimer’s research, while the remaining proceeds will benefit the Oldsmar Eastlake Rotary Club and their local community projects—so every step you take makes a difference close to home and beyond.
