Heartbeat for Jesus Virtual 5k

Eyes up. Heart open. Feet to faith.

Heartbeat for Jesus is about revival—heart, body, mind, and spirit.

We believe that when we train our bodies, we also train our hearts—to endure, to persevere, and to love like Jesus. This isn’t just your normal 5K—it’s a feet-to-faith movement designed to revive hearts, strengthen the Body of Christ, and equip you to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

🗓️ Race Day: Nov 1, 2025 – Anywhere You Are
Whether you walk, jog, or run—do it with purpose and heart. Move your miles for something bigger.

✨ FREE 40-Day Training Plan (Optional)
Training begins September 23rd. Last day to sign up is September 15th to make sure you have everything you need to move miles. This plan includes 3 workouts per week, progressively building your endurance and preparing you for race day. You’ll train using heart rate Zone 2 principles—strengthen your heart, build aerobic base and improve recovery (less injury). Each week includes scripture and reflection to strengthen you from the inside out.

👉 Pick your plan: walk, walk + jog, or run. No matter where you're starting from, you'll get a plan that’s right for you!

♥️ Every step supports widows in need.
Every registration helps fund Never Alone Widows, a Christ-centered ministry that walks with widows from desperation to destiny through the healing power of Jesus.  This race unites hearts across the nation to show widows they are seen, supported, and never walking alone.

🙌 This is a faith-filled, heart-pumping movement—and we’re inviting YOU to be part of it.

Each Heartbeat for Jesus 5K supports a different mission. For this race, we’ve chosen to partner with Never Alone Widows to help bring healing and hope to widows through the love of Jesus....

Never Alone Widows takes widows from desperation to destiny through the healing power of Jesus.

Never Alone Widows began in 2018 as a simple idea to provide community for widows. After their first gathering held in a Georgia suburb, the volunteer team knew that the concept was uniquely special and there was a definite need for more. The planning began, the team grew, and they began hosting retreats across the country.

Currently, they hold three retreats and one national gathering per year. In 2022 they also launched Never Alone Widows Local Chapters – widow-led and facilitated – and currently has more than 60 groups (and growing) meeting monthly throughout the United States.
