The Foundation for Fresh Produce invites you to place purpose at the center of your Global Show experience. Whether you’re running, walking, cheering from the sidelines, or simply making a donation — this is your moment to move the mission in a way that fits you.
Join us for a 3.1-mile, 2 lap walk or run through the campus of the Orange County Convention Center and help build a healthier world through increased fruit and vegetable consumption. Every step supports our mission and every dollar raised helps expand programs that make fresh, nutritious food more accessible to communities everywhere.

Before September 12 - $75 per registrant
On or After September 12 - $90 per registrant
Team Registration
For groups of 20 or more, please email Lucy Jones, Foundation Event Manager. Once your organization is invoiced and payment is received, we’ll send a custom registration link so each team member can sign up individually. No payment information required.
Awards
Awards will be given to the top three finishers in the men, women, and non-binary categories. There will also be a Most Spirited award celebrating creative costumes, with bonus points for coordination, so rally your teams and dress to impress!

This course requires 2 identical loops to complete your 5K. Your first time through the finish line will be recorded as a split point.
We ask that all participants stay to their right hand side at all times so faster runners may pass on the left.
Orlando FAQ
Where will the 5K be held?
The race course will be a repeating two loops around the North Convention building (all flat paved roadway). Course Map is above.
Where/How Do I Get to the Starting Line?
The race will take place at the North Concourse Bus Loading Area at the Orange County Convention Center. Here’s a direct link to the location. DIRECTIONS
Select “Navigate” to open directions in Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, or Uber.
Please plan to walk or use a rideshare service to get to the North Concourse. IFPA hotel shuttles do not run early enough for the race start. Note that since the course is a loop, the start line and the finish line are the same.
What time does the 5K start?
6:00 AM Race day packet pick-up only; no onsite registration
6:15 AM Warm-up
6:30 AM Race starts
7:30 AM Race ends at approximately 7:30 AM or when the last participant finishes
Can I create or join a team?
Yes! We highly encourage groups of friends and colleagues to form teams and run or walk together. Costumes and fun attire are welcome. You will be prompted to either create a new team or you can join an existing team by searching for the name within the Groups/Teams tab at the top of the event webpage.
I have a large team to register. Do you have a bulk registration option?
Yes! If you need to create a team with 20+ participants, please email 5K Event Manager, Lucy Jones. Please provide the number of participants you wish to register. IFPA will create an invoice to allow you to pay online. Once payment is received, you'll receive a special link to share with each of your teammates to self-register; they will not be asked for payment information.
Can I register multiple participants?
Yes, you may register as an individual or as a team. A designated team leader can register all team members. If you register multiple participants, payment is required in full at the time of registration for all registered participants. If you have a team of 20+ participants we can create your team, issue an invoice, and upon payment provide a special link to o share with each of your teammates to self-register; they will not be asked for payment information. To take advantage of this option, please email 5K Event Manager, Lucy Jones.
I registered but can no longer participate. Can I get a refund?
We're sorry to hear you're unable to participate. All race registrations are considered a donation to the Foundation for Fresh Produce, and therefore there are no refunds for cancellations. You may however transfer your registration to someone else. See the next FAQ for further details.
I can no longer participate. How can I transfer my registration to a colleague or friend in the industry?
On the website, log in and navigate to your profile. Click on the tab at the top "Transfer to Someone Else". Enter the first name, last name, and email address of the person to whom you wish to transfer your registration. The person you transfer the registration to will be guaranteed a spot in the 5K, regardless if the race has sold out or not, however, they will be required to accept the transfer by registering for the event before registration closes. This individual will receive an email with these instructions.
How can I join an existing team if I registered as an individual?
Log in to your profile and click Groups/Teams from the top navigation. Click "Join Existing Group/Team". Select the team name from the drop-down and click "Update Group/Team".
When and where can I collect my race bib and T-shirt?
Race participants may collect their bib and T-shirt on site in advance of the event at the Race Registration Counter in West Lobby A/B at the Orange County Convention Center. The counter will be open on Wednesday, October 13, and Thursday, October 14 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
I registered a team. Can I pick up everyone's bib and T-shirts?
Yes! As a team leader/captain, you may pick up everyone's bib and T-shirts by scheduling a time in advance. To arrange a pick-up appointment, please email IFPA Event Manager, Lucy Jones. Please note, if you select this option individuals on your team may not pick up their own bib and T-shirt. Please be sure to communicate with your team a meet-up location to pick up their individual bibs and T-shirts.
Are Mascots Welcomed?
Mascots are welcome on the sidelines to cheer on participants but must be accompanied by at least one handler and cannot participate in the run. Backdrops and additional props are not permitted. Please make sure the mascot does not block the race route, participant flow, or event entrances and exits. Photos with participants are welcome.
Please also note that there is no changing room at the race location or secure area for storing valuables.

Orlando Packet Pick-Up
Race participants may collect their race bib and T-shirt on site in advance of the event at the Race Registration Counter in West Hall A Lobby, Level 1, at the Orange County Convention Center. The counter will be open on:
- Tuesday, October 13 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 14 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Team leaders may elect to pick up bibs and packets for their full team. If this option is selected, individuals may not pick up their own bib and packet. To schedule a team bib and packet pick-up time, please email IFPA Event Manager, Lucy Jones.
