Sleigh the Holidaze Virtual 5k with optional 6-week challenge

The holiday season can be a whirlwind, making time for fitness hard. Join the Sleigh Squad for a 6-week accountability group challenge starting on Nov. 22 to get us through the holidaze and into 2021!

Sleigh the Holidaze 5k will include a medal, bib, holiday-themed Spotify playlist and can be done virtually from anywhere! 

The accountability challenge will include a personal fitness goal tracker page with a map to show your progress toward the 111 Runderful miles on the way to Santa's workshop in the North Pole. You can tackle the 111 miles solo, with a buddy, or make it a family tradition. 

Included is a run/walk training beginner training plan, goal-setting and progress check-in sessions with an accountability coach, 2021 virtual vision board workshop, and a private Sleigh Squad Facebook group for added accountability.
