The East Lake Firefighters Benevolent Association will be hosting the annual East Lake Firefighters 5K on February 28th, 2026. This chip timed event includes a participant T-shirt and finisher medal guaranteed for runners registered by 01/31/2026, and a post-race party hosted at East Lake Fire Rescue.

Since our founding in 2022, the Benevolent Association has donated tens of thousands of dollars to support first responders facing serious medical challenges, especially those battling cancer due to job-related exposure. Through our outreach programs, we’ve connected with thousands of local children, supported the East Lake Rotary Club, helped with hurricane cleanup efforts, and provided financial assistance to help ensure families in need could celebrate Christmas. 

Your participation in this event will have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of our local heroes and the families we serve. Every contribution allows us to continue this vital work and expand our reach in the community. We look forward to a morning of fitness, fun, and fundraising in support of a great cause.
