The East Lake Firefighters Benevolent Association is proud to welcome back their Annual East Lake Firefighters 5K on February 27, 2027. This chip-timed race includes a participant T-shirt and finisher medal for all runners! After the race there will be a complimentary post-race pancake breakfast at East Lake Fire Rescue Station 57 located at 3375 Lake Tarpon Blvd, Palm Harbor, FL, 34685. 

Since our founding in 2022, the Benevolent Association has donated tens of thousands of dollars to support first responders and their families facing serious medical challenges due to cancer or serious job related injuries. Beyond that, we’ve connected with thousands of local children through community outreach, supported the East Lake Rotary Club, assisted with hurricane cleanup efforts, and helped families in need experience a meaningful Christmas.

This year’s 5K will benefit the East Lake Firefighters Benevolent Association directly to help continue our efforts around the community.

Packet Pick Up Information
Packet pick up will be held at Station 57 located at 3375 Tarpon Lake Blvd, Palm Harbor, Fl 34685 on the following dates:

02/25/2027 - 3:00pm-7:00pm

02/26/2027 - 8:00 am - 12:00 pm  & 4:00pm-8:00pm

Race day packet pick up will also be available the morning of the race. If picking up your packet on race day please plan to arrive at least 1 hour prior to the start of the race.

Parking Information
Parking will be available at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection located at 1555 Windmill Pointe Rd, Palm Harbor, Fl 34685. This location is walking distance from Station 57 which will serve as the start/finish line and the post-race party. A shuttle will run from the parking location to Station 57 starting at 7:00am on race day. 

In addition to the parking listed above there will be limited first come first serve parking on the north side of Tarpon Lake Blvd directly across from Station 57.
