While it can not be our typical race format, we still want everyone to have a great time. Please note things to keep in mind:
Race Changes from Normal Race Day:
There will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATIONS/NO EXCEPTIONS
Face Masks: Please wear a face mask in the registration area, Porta John area and at start line unless you have an underlining medical condition that prevents you from doing so. After you get your packet at registration please social distance elsewhere. We would like to encourage everyone to practice social distancing and keep everyone healthy and safe.
Packet Pick Up, you will receive a bib and all of your items in a bag. We are not handing medals out at the end of the event like normal. They will be in your goodie bag along with: Shirt, Safety Pins, and card that has a QR code for you to check your results within seconds of crossing finish line or the actual website address too.
Water Station: Will be self serve with small bottles of water. A volunteer will be placing individual water bottles on the tables. The Finish Line will have a similar set up with individual bottles of water.
Finish Line gathering: We ask that everyone can do their best to not gather in crowds after completing the event.

**IMPORTANT UPDATE ON RACE RULES DUE TO COVID-19 GUIDELINES***
Practice social distancing at all times! When picking up your packets we are asking participants wear their mask and stand 6ft apart. Porta Johns will be separated by 6ft as well. Please stand 6ft apart while in line too. We will have 8oz water bottles due to restrictions we must follow and this will be self serve with a volunteer refilling table as needed. The finish line will also have water bottles we will place on a table and will be self serve.
US Road Running Race Club
This race is put on by the US Road Running Race Club. The club has over two hundred races each year. For most location, we have races every month. It is not required to be a club member to attend a US Road Running race. It is required that you have fun. Club members receive 50% off all US Road Running club races when they preregister using RunSignUp. For more information about the club go to https://runsignup.com/raceclub
Entry fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. Should the event be canceled, we will transfer your registration to our next event at the same location. You may request to transfer to another event 24 hours before the races starts. No dogs on the course.
Date and Time
Race starts at 8:30 AM on September 12, 2020.
Race day registration and packet pickup starts one hour before the race and ends ten minutes before the race starts.
Pre-Registration Club Member Price: $12.00.

The course is a 1.56 lap course.
Each person will run 2 laps.
Pre-Registration Club Member Price: $14.50.

Each person will run 4 laps.
Pre-Registration Price: $25.00 ($12.50/person).
Pre-Registration Price: $50.00 ($25/person).
Two people per team. Teams may be male, female or co-ed.
The course is a 1.56 lap course. Each person will run one lap and switch off with your best friend. Each person will run half of the total race distance. Both runners that are participating in the relay will sign up at the same time of registration.
We are allowing people to self time their race. You must run and email Missy@usroadrunning.com with a screenshot of your finish time. Your race must be done on the same day as the race. Medals and bibs will be mailed out Tuesday after the race date. Do not go to the race and pick up your medal and bib. Results will be posted on RunSignUp and awards will be mailed out 30 days after the race. You must have a US mailing address to receive your package and awards.

Awards are mailed out after the race. Awards are placards that go on the back of your finisher medal. Please allow 30 days for us to mail out awards.
Series Awards go out at the end of the year and are medals. You must have a US address to receive your awards.
Volunteers make a huge impact with all our events and we are always looking for willing caring people. All volunteers will receive their choice of a free race registration to a future US Road Running race. Contact our Race Manager to see if we have any volunteer spots available.
