NOW offering a shorter distance!!! City Bikes South Florida Triathlon will take place at beautiful CB Smith Park in Pembroke Pines on August 7, 2022. This event will feature a Super Sprint, Sprint Triathlon and a Sprint Duathlon with relay divisions. The quarter mile fresh water swim for sprint and/or super sprint (or 1 mile run for sprint duathlon) will be followed by an 11 mile sprint bike course or 5.5 mile for super sprint that takes you outside the park and throughout Pembroke Pines, and finishes with a 3 mile run course for sprint or 1,5 mile run for super sprint around the lake on the running path. The NEW Super Sprint distance, will offer half the bike/run distances of the Sprint race with the same swim (.25 swim, 5.5 mile bike, 1.5 mile run). This is a great first timer venue with a super safe, swim, and a closed bike and run course!
