OVERALL AWARDS*

Overall Awards will be presented as follows and will include Alter Ego Running gift cards and custom certificate to the winners:

• Men - 1st Place,  ($100 Gift Card),  2nd Place ($50 Gift Card), 3rd Place ($40 Gift Card)

• Women - 1st Place,  ($100 Gift Card),  2nd Place ($50 Gift Card), 3rd Place ($40 Gift Card)  

MASTERS (Over 40)*

Masters Awards will be presented to the top finishers 40 years or older and will Alter Ego Running gift cards and custom certificate to the winners:

• Men - 1st Place ($50 Gift Card)

• Women - 1st Place ($50 Gift Card) 

AGE GROUPS* - 10-YEAR INTERVALS

Age group awards with custom certificate and $25 Alter Ego Running gift card, will be presented to the top three men and the top three women in the following age groups:

• 0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

+ Top 50 finishers get an exclusive custom "Top Finisher" Alter Ego Running hat! (in-person race only based on gun time)

*10-mile (top 50) and 5k (top 50)

**Overall Awards are based off GUN TIME - Age Group Awards are based off CHIP TIME.  Starting corrals will be seeded before the start of the race; Elite Runners 7 Min. Pace or faster; Corral #2 7-8 Min Mile, Corral #3 8-9 Min/mile pace, Corral #4 9Min/mile & slower.

TIMELINE:

PACKET PICKUP - Saturday 9/21/24

12:00pm - 6:00pm Packet Pickup at Crosswater Hall (245 Nocatee Center Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081)
**All participants should plan to pick up their packets on prior to race day on Saturday.  Packet pickup on race morning will be on an exception only basis.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.**

RACE DAY - Sunday 

6:00am-6:30am - Packet Pickup / Race Day Registration (Note: all participants should plan to pick up their packets prior to race day if all possible.)
7:00am - 10-mile Run  
7:30am - 5K Run  
9:20am - 5K Awards  
9:30am - 10-miler Awards  
7:45am-10:00am - Post Race Festival

How to compete & submit your times for the Virtual 5K / 10M Races:

Online registration is the same as always, but instead of gathering together in Nocatee, you can run or walk on your own schedule race weekend 9/21 thru 9/22 from wherever you choose! Whether you are running or walking in your backyard, park, neighborhood, or on a treadmill, you can "run" your race, and then record and submit your time.  Results will be scored and finisher certificates will be emailed out to all participants on Monday.. Participants can also view their time and results from the results, as results roll in from this site:  www.secondwindresults.com.

Register online anytime up until Saturday, 9/21/24 at 9:00 PM.

Registered runners and walkers will be provided with an online time submission link. This will come in an email directly from our friends at Second Wind Timing, once online registration closes on Friday, 9/29/23. The email will also include a virtual race bib you can download and print.

Then, complete your run anytime between 12:00 AM on 9/21/24, and midnight on 9/22/24.

Everyone will receive a finisher certificate!

To be considered for award certificates we ask that all runners submit 'proof of time'.  Either a photo of a GPS watch screen or a screenshot to a smartphone running app that calculates distance/time.  For a free phone app visit:  https://www.strava.com.
