Unfortunately the Race is Canceled!
Dear Registered Participants,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Run or Walk the Rounds for Nursing 5K has been canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.
You have two options regarding your race registration:
Receive a full refund of your registration fee.
Donate your registration fee to the race to help support the event and its cause.
Please select the option you prefer by 9/25/2026
If you select get a refund, they will be processed after 9/25/2026.

Packet Pickup: Saturday, October 24, 2026, 7:00AM to 7:45AM, Centennial Regional Park soccer field parking lot. 1185 Centennial Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL.
Join Us for the 2nd Annual Run or Walk the Rounds for Nursing 5K!
The Rotary Club of Charlotte Harbor is proud to present the annual Run or Walk the Rounds for Nursing 5K, an exciting community event with a meaningful mission.
Funds raised from this event will go toward scholarships for local high school graduates pursuing careers in nursing. With your participation and support, we can help address the critical nursing shortage right here in Southwest Florida.
Event Details:
Participants will run or walk through the scenic trails of Centennial Park in Port Charlotte.
Register by October 2, 2026 to guarantee your official race shirt! Age-based pricing and local running club discounts apply.
Together, let’s take steps toward a healthier future.
Awards: Rotary swag will be awarded to the overall male and female winners, as well as the top male and female winners in each age group.
Age Groups: 0–10, 11–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60+
Prizes include: Rotary baseball caps or visors, Insulated Rotary tumblers, Gift certificates.
