RACE MORNING 
Registration/bib pick-up opens at 6:00 AM

Race begins at 7:00 with a time trial start. 

We are going to run the 5K with a time trial start, with 10 seconds between runners. 25-30 runners maximum will start in each 5 minute time range, which allows us to maintain distance between each other. Registrants must select their start time range. The first start time is at 7:00 AM and the last start time is at 8:00 AM. This will allow us to limit the amount of people at the venue, at the start, and on course. The race will be scored by time trial start, net time.
