Safety First Pediaquatics Lifeguardians 2024 Drowning Awareness 5K Run/Walk

In 2019, Safety First PediAquatics Lifeguardians (SFPA Lifeguardians), a 501c3 nonprofit organization, splashed onto the scene with a mission: to reduce the number of child drownings by raising funds for children with families that struggle financially, to have access to lifesaving swim lessons. We can't sugarcoat it: drowning is sneaky and can end a life in just 20-60 seconds. It’s not something that looks like we'd expect. 

Water safety and swim skills are game-changers for children and something that every child deserves to learn. Shockingly, drowning is the top killer of kids aged 1-5, but the good news is swim lessons can slash that scary risk! That's why SFPA Lifeguardians is busting its flippers to raise funds and bring swim lessons to as many families as possible.
