Description

Join CFW for this fun 5K your way! In honor of Employee Health and Fitness Month we are excited to bring employees together for CFW’s 5K Your Way; a free program offering employees an opportunity to complete a 5K any way they wish. Participants can run, walk, bike, row, roller blade, etc. any time between May 15 – May 25. We will target May 15, Employee Health and Fitness Day, as our move together day with an onsite warm-up and 5K event held onsite and/or virtually depending on site needs. Registration begins on April 15.
