May the 4th Be With You

Dear Early Registrant:

Thank you for your early registration and support for the Saturday, May 2nd - May the 4th be with You 5k Fun Run and Family Event.  Due to extenuating circumstances we are cancelling the May 2020 race. We will however continue with the blood drive on May the 4th in Benji’s honor.  This will still take place at the Outpatient Center located at 5881 Rand Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34238. As you may recall the idea for the race grew out of the May the 4th blood drive event in 2018.  We are happy to see it continue and know lives will be changed with your support and blood donations. 

We will revisit the May the 4th be with You 5k Fun Run and Family Event and hope to potentially bring it back or add another fun family event later in 2020 – 2021.

For those who have already registered for the 2020 run, you will be receiving 100% registration refund.  If you are and avid runner and interested, the hospital is hosting the Annual Run for All Children in St. Pete on Saturday, May 16th at 7 a.m.  https://runsignup.com/Race/Results/54557/#resultSetId-155259;perpage:10
