On x Running Zone Track Attack

Join Running Zone & On Running for a special Track night at Satellite High School Track. On will be bringing out demo shoes for you to try on your run. There will be 3 scored events: 

1. Prediction Mile- No Watches or Clocks allowed, predict your mile time, whoever runs the closest to their predicted time wins
2. Mountain Dew Mile- Same rules as a beer mile, but Mountain Dew for all ages, view rules here.
3. 4x400m Relay- Find 3 friends to join you and outrun your competition to win.
