HALO’s Chase Your Tail 5K Run/Walk

Like Running or Walking?  Love Animals?  This race is for YOU!!  

Join us for the 9th Annual Chase Your Tail 5K Run/Walk to raise awareness for no-kill animal rescue! This event is for runners, walkers, and their dogs!  The race will begin at Sebastian's Community Center and travel along the beautiful and panoramic Indian River.  Participants will enjoy music and entertainment before and after the race, as well as an energy-infusing breakfast bar.

Note: There will be NO shirts available for NEW registrations on race day - if you would like a shirt, please register early online! If you are pre-registered, you may pick up your shirt at packet pickup or on race morning.

Early Packet Pickup & Registration:

12:00PM to 5:00PM - Friday, April 17th at H.A.L.O. Adoption Center at the Indian River Mall (6200 20th St Mall Entrance #4, Northeast side of Mall, Vero Beach, FL 32966)

Race Day Timetable:

Saturday, April 18th at Sebastian Community Center

6:30 AM - Late Registration & Packet Pickup Begins

7:15 AM - Late Registration & Packet Pickup Ends

7:30 AM - 5K Start!

Top Overall Male & Female Winner

Top 3 in Each Age Group: 9 & Under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

Top Dog (Fastest person running with a dog)

Fastest Pack (team) - must be co-ed and have 4 or more people 

Pricing: 

$35 until day of race, $40 race day 

Pack/Team Pricing: Sign up 4 or more people at the SAME time and receive $5 off per registration
