Description

We are organizing the walk-a-thon to raise funds for the Maria Rybka Memorial Scholarship. Maria Rybka was the embodiment of love and care for so many students in Hernando County for many years. The Springstead Chapter of the National Beta Club is hoping to award a High School Senior that reflects Maria’s best qualities: selflessness towards others, dedication to improve the lives around her and an infectious happiness for life. 30% of monies raised will also be donated to the American Cancer Society through our local Relay for Life.
