This is an off-road virtual race benefiting the St. Francis Wildlife Foundation and the GWTC Chenoweth Endowment Fund which provides grants and awards to local youth and adult runners.
Runners can race the well-marked course anytime during a 3-day period and then self-report their times on the RunSignup race page (instructions will be provided).
Portions of the Twilight Trail in the Apalachicola National Forest behind J. Lewis Hall, Sr. (Woodville) Park, 1492 J. Lewis Hall Sr. Lane (off of Woodville Highway). Parking, bathrooms, and water available at start/finish.
This is an off-road, pandemic style, no frills, virtual race, so there will be no water on the course, no food, no swag, no ambulance, and no fans unless you bring your own. Awards will be given to the top male and female, top masters male and female, and a special COVID-19 award will be given to the runner who is closest to a secret, pre-determined time. You will receive instructions for uploading your results from RunSignup. Submit results by September 30, 2020. NO CHEATERS!
Net proceeds will be split between the Chenoweth Endowment Fund and St. Francis Wildlife Association. Additional donations to St. Francis and/or the Chenoweth Endowment Fund are appreciated.
