Event Description: A mixed athletic event in which a team of up to four compete in a relay race.  Each athlete, of the four-person team, will either run or row (ERG - stationary rowing machine) in the following sequenced order: Row 500 meters, Run 1/2 mile, Row 500 meters, Run 1/2 mile.  Each heat of the competition will have a total of 16 teams competing.  

*This event allows for individual athletes to register.

2K Row Challenge

A single athlete can take on a 2k Erg Challenge, by competing head to head with 15 other racers!  Only 32 spots available!!!
