Description
A brand new race from NeoEndurance to bring awareness to the necessity of healthy lungs! We are extremely excited to present to you The Breathe Easy Half!
There will be 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon distances with official, chipped timing. The location will be familiar to our past participants from the Veteran's Run as we will be running an out-and-back style course on the Courtney Campbell Causeway Trail.
Get ready to enjoy one of the most peaceful runs along the beautiful Tampa Bay. There will be mile markers and clearly-marked turn-around signs. The turn-around points will be a water station for the 5K and the half marathon, but the turn around for the 10K will be just past the second water station at the top of the bridge. Make sure to have your phone out to snap a great picture from this scenic spot!. We will have water stations set up along the course with both water and an electrolyte replacement drink. At the half marathon turnaround, there will be fuel provided by Honey Stinger. Additionally, there will be an unmanned water station with water bottles between the 10K turnaround and the half marathon turnaround in case you need it. If you are bringing your own bottle from which to drink, we will have volunteers ready to assist you to ensure hundreds of hands are not touching the same spout.
We will have hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes to keep areas clean, volunteers wearing gloves, and allow for a socially-distanced starting line as you so choose.
For anyone who wants to receive all the swag from the event but wants to run virtually, that option will be available for you. Please allow for shipping up to two weeks AFTER the event to receive your package. Please note, virtual bibs WILL NOT have timing chips. Information for Packet Pickup will be available closer to the event date.

Who doesn't love the swag that comes with a race or fun run?!?! As always, we are trying to make swag you love. We have a very unique medal design for this race as well as an excellent shirt design! Bibs will be designed in the near future as well. A certified time will also come with this race.
The Fight For Air Climb
The Fight For Air Climb was postponed and now is being held at Raymond James Stadium on 6 May 2022. Anyone who signs up for the Breathe Easy Half (at any distance) can use the code BREATHEASY for $5 off your climb registration! As always, the earlier you register, the less you pay! Additionally, to guarantee you are able to get a shirt at all, nonetheless in your size, be sure to register no later than 28 February 2022. I say again: IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE YOU RECEIVE A SHIRT, YOU MUST REGISTER NO LATER THAN 28 FEBRUARY 2022. Shirts will be ordered the next day, and only a small number of extras will be ordered! Packet Pickup
Packet pickup locations have finally been established!
On Wednesday, 20 April from 1800-2000, packet pickup will be at Four Stacks Brewing located at 5469 N U.S. Hwy 41, Apollo Beach, FL 33572.
On Friday, 22 April, from 1700-1845, there will be a packet pickup at Fleet Feet located at 1934 E Bloomingdale Ave, Valrico, FL 33596.
There will be packet pickup on race day available. Pickup will begin at 0600. We have a streamlined process that will allow for pick up to move quickly.
Shirts will be handed out in the packets. You will receive the size you requested. If, for any reason, you need to get a different size, you must wait until after the race to ensure there are enough extras of other sizes. We appreciate your understanding of this matter!
