The Human Race Virtual 5k

The Human Race Virtual 5k is a race to bring like-minded people together from all over the world. As we promote a fun way to get out and be healthy and support the local businesses we love, we will learn that even though we are apart physically, we have never been closer and more aware of one another on a global scale. 

As we promote local business and register to run, we will be raising money for a children's shelter in Romania that is in danger of closing due to the economic effects of the ongoing quarantines.

Join us from June 19th - July 19th as we host a community-based Facebook group to showcase the local business from around the United States while enjoying live concerts, training courses from a running coach, and much more! We have partnered with Virtual Cinema to kick off the Facebook Event by share a live screening of the documentary: Runner. The link will lead you to additional information about Guor Maker, the amazing now Olympic athlete, and his struggle to overcome insurmountable odds depicted in the film, and how to watch!

Once you have registered, simply choose your starting line. Whether from a treadmill or roads in your neighborhood, run your race at your own pace and then simply upload your finish time. In just a few short days you will be mailed your qualification T-Shirt.
