We all know training in Florida during July and August is miserable so why not suffer together in a fun group setting! This 6 week/12 session camp is perfect for both runners and triathletes who are either training for a late summer triathlon or early fall running season. Camp will meet Tue evenings at 6-7:15 pm and Saturday mornings at 6:45-8:15 am at the Special Olympics track in Venice. The Saturday session will offer a triathlon specific workout on bike trainers along with transition runs as well as a run and strength workout for those who just want to run. All levels are welcome and all workouts will be individualized based on goals and ability. Half camp options available as well as couple's rates.
