Join elite triathlete Heather Butcher (TriFitSports) and Swim Coach Gene Peters (TriMonsters) for this 6 Session Triathlon swim camp. You will learn how to be more efficient in the water through drills, swim analysis and demonstrations. These skills will improve your confidence in the water and we will also teach triathlon specific training to help you navigate open water. This hands on camp will help prepare you to complete your first triathlon or give you the skills needed to improve your current ability so you can perform better at your next race. Class meets Sundays from 10:30-12 (excluding Easter Sunday) and is limited to 12 participants.
