Description
Covid-19 has affected all of our lives more than we ever anticipated. From the people who have been infected with the Virus and battling for their health to the rest of us trying to get by day to day, everyone is struggling with the new normal.
There is a lot of Can't happening right now. We Can't visit our family and loved ones. We Can't go out like normal. We Can't be in close quarters with our friends. Let's flip the Can't and start focusing on what Covid Can't stop us from doing.
This 19 Day Challenge is to help motivate everyone to get out and Run, Walk, and Bike. Let's take an hour each day and get some fresh air, get the blood pumping, and de-stress a little.
This Virtual Challenge runs from August 13th to August 31st. There are 3 distances to choose from:
50 miles (2.6 miles/day)
100 miles (5.2 miles/day)
200 miles (10.5 miles/day).
Each day you can Run, Walk, and Bike to get your miles in. You can complete your miles indoors or outdoors, anywhere in the world.
Get your Friends, Family, & Co-Workers involved and encourage each other to complete the Challenge.
