Sign Up: Register individually or as part of a team by September 30th, 2024.
Track Your Steps: Use your favorite fitness app or a manual log to keep track of your daily steps.
Set Goals: Aim for 10,000 steps each day, or 70,000 steps each week.
Share & Connect: Update your progress regularly and cheer on your fellow participants.
