Train with Fleet Feet and graduate at the Waves 2 Wine 5K on May 16, 2026!

Whether you’re walking, speed walking, or running your first 5K, this program is designed to help you feel confident, supported, and ready on race day.

⏰ WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Two in-person meetups per week:

Thursdays at 6:15 PM
Saturdays at 7:00 AM
Plus:
✔ Two “on-your-own” homework days each week
✔ Structured plan provided to guide you safely
