Become a Sponsor
As an official sponsor of the FVLD Golf Outing, supporting organizations not only help further the cause of advancing the specialty of phlebology, but also achieve heightened brand visibility among many important health care professionals in this field.
All sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis through September 15th, 2021. After this date, sponsorships will be accepted on a case by case basis according to production limitations for the event.
All sponsorship packages include:
· Exclusive tee box signage with your organization’s logo
· Ability to place personnel on the hole as greeters (two person maximum)
· Public display of FVLD gratitude during Golf Outing event & Reception
· Complimentary mailing list of all outing registrants for the 2021 Golf Outing
· Inclusion of organization’s logo in the FVLD 2021 Annual Report
· Right of first refusal for an outing sponsorship item (multi-year agreements only)
A Competition hole sponsorship permits the sponsor to place an activity (Hole in One, Beat the Pro, Longest Drive, Accurate Drive, Closest to Pin, etc.) on the designated hole. Details of the “competition” or activity are at the discretion of the sponsor with the FVLD Golf Outing Committee requesting the courtesy of a final review of all competition details prior to October 5th, 2021. Course personnel will work directly and exclusively with FVLD staff to assist and coordinate the details for the sponsorships and competitions.
As this is a charity event, player registration is not included in the sponsorship fee. Costs for planned awards are included in the published sponsorship price and any additions to the planned outing format, while welcome, are the financial responsibility of the sponsor.
