Covid-19 Safety
Your safety is our utmost concern.
- Contact is limited to the people in your vehicle.
- All staff, volunteers, and participants must complete the safety questionnaire 14 days, and 2 days before the event.
- Team Captains verify that team members have completed the questionnaire.
- Race Bibs, Medals, Shirts, Sweat Shirts and other swag will be mailed to the team captains prior to the event for those who registered before October 24th.
- Only one person from each van will check in and pickup the timing chip at the start of the race with no physical contact with staff or volunteers
- A 6 foot distance should be maintained between staff, volunteers and a participant at all times.
- Staff and Volunteers will be required to wear a mask or face shield when participants are present.
- Each Van is expected to carry its own sanitizing materials.
- Port-a-potties along the course will be locked with a combination lock and only accessible to participants.
- If concerned, COVID year only, you may opt to travel in more than 1 vehicle on a 6 person segment to allow for greater isolation.
