• Brainstorm & Create: Help develop fun event ideas and activities
• Marketing & Communications: Help with emails, flyers, promotions and event messaging
• Social Media — Spread the word, create posts, share, tag and invite friends
• Facebook Charity Page: Create and manage our fundraising page
• Participant & FLP Lists: Help organize registration and supporter lists
• Build Our Community: Help find sponsors, vendors, and in-kind donations
•  Auction & Raffle Team: Find exciting experiences, prizes and donations
• Entertainment: Help us find local DJs, bands and performers

• Event Planning & Coordination: Help keep everything moving
• Prizes & Donations: Collect, organize, and display auction, raffle and race prizes
• Photo & Video Crew: Capture the fun, memories and FLP story
• Signs & Décor: Help with signage, balloons, and race-day atmosphere
• Music & Entertainment: Coordinate DJ, band or local performers
• Race Day Crew: Help wherever you're needed
• Setup & Tear Down: Help us get ready and leave Brook Run Park looking great

  Keep the momentum going!

• Thank You Team: Send thank-you emails and notes to participants, partners and supporters
• Equipment & Supplies: Help return and organize event equipment
• Update Our Lists: Add new participants, supporters, vendors, and contacts
• Organize the Memories: Help organize photos, videos, and race results for the website and social media
• Participant Survey: Send and track feedback from participants and Crew members
• Debrief Team: Help plan our post-event meeting
• Join the Debrief: Share what worked, what didn't and ideas for making next year's event even better
