Is the event open to all ages?
Yes! There is no age restriction on participation. However, you must be 21 years of age on race day to attend the post-race party.
Can I run with a stroller?
Yes! We will kindly require participants with strollers or baby joggers to start the race at the back, as to not impede others. No one under the age of 21 on race day will be allowed entry to the post-race party.
Can I run with my dog?
Since the course incorporates the Wyndham Championship course at multiple points, animals will not be allowed to participate.
Are headphones permitted?
Yes! But, for your safety and the safety of others, we kindly ask that you only use one earbud and keep the volume to a reasonable level. (And, bonus points if you listen to your favorite Jimmy Buffet tunes!) Please be mindful of other participants and your surroundings to ensure a safe and enjoyable race for everyone.
Can I register on race day?
Yes. Registration on race day will run from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. However, registration on race day is not guaranteed if the event sells out in advance. If there is a sellout, we will communicate that on this event page.
Can another person pick up my packet for me?
Yes. Please make sure they have your bib number.
Can you mail me my race gets?
No. All race gets must be picked up during the two designated pick-up times prior to the race. No gets will be mailed unless you have purchased a virtual entry.
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes! We encourage you to understand the forecast on race day and dress accordingly. However, safety is our biggest priority. In the event of severe weather conditions that pose danger to participants and staff, the race may be delayed or canceled. If the race is canceled, there will be no refunds.
How do I wear my bib?
For accurate results, wear your bib on your torso, just above your belly button. Please use four pins or race magnets in each corner to ensure proper placement and visibility.
Is there a bag check?
No. Please leave any personal items in your car while you are on the course. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items on the premises.
Are there bathrooms on the course?
Yes! We encourage participants to use the bathroom before they arrive on the course, but there will be porta potties available.
I can’t participate anymore. What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds. If the event is canceled, participants can run the distance virtually and it would be a donation to our charity partner, Singing for Change. All sales and entries are final.
I can’t participate anymore. Can I defer or transfer my entry to another person?
No. There are no deferrals or transfers.
