Bib pickup (bring confirmation email + ID) — two options:

- Pre-Race Day Bib Pickup (ENCOURAGED) - Skip the lines on race day and pick up your bib on Friday, 10/23/2026, 3-6PM at Tractor Supply Co. in Waterville (10 Jfk Plaza, Waterville, ME 04901)
- Race Day Bib Pickup opens at 8AM on race day at Pine Tree Camp!
The race starts at 9:30AM sharp -- please arrive early!
Parking
Parking will be available at Pine Tree Camp. Please follow your GPS to 114 Pine Tree Camp Rd. Rome, ME 04963 and follow volunteer instructions for parking on arrival.
Event Schedule
- 8:00AM – Registration/bib pickup opens at Bob's Beach House
- 9:00AM - Registration closes, Bibpickup remains open
- 9:15AM – Announcements & National Anthem at Start Line
- 9:25AM - Kids' Fun Run at START LINE
- 9:30AM – 5K Start
- 10:30AM – Post-race awards (top overall finishers, top age group finishers, Chirichella Adaptive Division winners)
- 11:30AM – End of event

All participants will receive a shirt and a medal. Register before 9/24 to be guaranteed a shirt on race day.
Only certified service animals are allowed on Flutie 5K courses. This is to maintain safety and compliance with the venue.

Yes, however we recommend registering early to be guaranteed a shirt and skip the line on Race Day.
Free parking will be available at Pine Tree Camp on Race Day. More information will be delivered to all registered participants as we get closer to the event,
There will be one water station.
The Start and Finish Lines are located right here next to North Pond!
Facilities will be available near the start/finish and main gathering area.
If your child will be 6 years or older on race day, please register them for the event. We offer age-based discounts for youth aged 6-14 years.
If your child will be under 6 years on race day, you do not need to register them unless you want them to receive their own shirt and/or medal.
Yes! For safety reasons, please register for the Roll category.
