Refund Policy
No one, including the Race Director, wants to make changes to an event on race day. However, the safety of our participants is of paramount concern. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Race Director, in communication with the local law enforcement and the city, may delay the event, cancel the event, or make changes to the race course.
REFUNDS
As stated in the Registration Policies, refunds are not issued for events canceled for Adverse Weather Conditions as the funds for the event have already been spent in preparation for race day. There will be no refunds given for any of the Food Pantry 5K events.
