Can I register for this 5K on the day of the race? Yes! You can register in-person for this race until 8:00 AM the morning of the race as long as there are spaces left.
Is there a registration discount for members of the military? Yes! Free race registration is available for the first 50 veterans who sign up, made possible by support from the National Environmental Education Foundation. Active and reserve military members can receive 20% off their race registration. Email info@fona.org for these coupon codes.
Do FONA members receive a registration discount? Yes! All FONA members can receive 20% off their race registration as part of their member benefits. Please make a donation of any amount to become a FONA member. Email info@fona.org to receive the member discount code.
Can I race with a stroller? What about a dog? Yes, you can race with both! Dogs must remain on a 6-foot non-retractable leash.
Will there be finishing medals or awards? Awards will be distributed immediately following the event. Awards will be given to the top overall male, female, and non-binary racers. They will also be given to the top 3 male and female racers in each age category.
Will there be a photographer at the race? How can I see the photos? A professional photographer taking photos along the course. These photos will be shared for free with all participants about a week after the race. They will be available in the "Photos" tab of the race website.
