PREVIEW RUN
Join us Sunday, January 28th at 11 AM for a Course Preview Run of the Froggy Hollow 5 & 9 presented by Altra Running! Meet us at the Little Bennett Campground and we'll run the 4.3 mile loop together. Altra will be on-site with demo shoes to try. After the Preview Run, come back to our Charm City Run Frederick location for light fare, beverages and specials.
