All of our courses have 3 water stations; 2 on-course and one at the finish line. We stock them with water, gatorade, fruit snacks, sunscreen, first-aid, and happy staff members.

Our races take place in dog-friendly parks and beaches, and our courses are open to the public—so dogs are absolutely welcome to join.

Yes, but we do ask that strollers line up to the side and near the back at the starting line to avoid congestion.
Absolutely! CaliFlow Runs welcomes all runners, walkers, and strollers. CaliFlow is an all-inclusive race. Runners, Walkers, Jogger, Yoggers are ALL WELCOME

We do not mail medals. Please visit upcoming events and choose one that you will stop by and pick up your medal. Email us at info@califlowruns.com to let us know you are coming and we will bring your medal.
What to do if you do not live locally? Send us an email and we will create a special certificate for you to download.
No, For insurances purposes all participants are required to sign a in person waiver at time of pick up.
Our events are located in areas that have plenty of parking. It is typically steps aways from the start and finish line.

Bib pickup will take place on race day starting at 6:00 AM at the Race Ready Athletics tents near the start/finish line.
If a special early bib pickup is offered for an event, that information will be posted at the top of the race information page.
At this time, we do not offer individual pre-race pickup arrangements outside of scheduled pickup times.
