Presented by the Adairsville High School Softball Team
The Adairsville Lady Softball Team is excited to offer the Inaugural Home Run 5K and Ball 4 Walk! We will be raising funds for our program, while kicking off our morning with a healthy Run/Walk and fellowship with our community and visitors. We will also be remembering our fallen soldiers as we gather this Memorial Day weekend.
Enjoy a great morning with a run through our Hometown, Adairsville! Memorial Day weekend is a time of fellowship with family and we will extend that into our race day affairs. The Home Run 5K will start and finish at Veterans Memorial Park. Participants will run through Historic Downtown and Logtown before heading into a peaceful straight away on South Main Street. Runners will circle around at the end of South Main Street and race back for a proud finish.
Detailed race information, 5K course map, and RESULTS can be found on Wire2Wire's website: www.wire2wirerunning.com
Below you will find some important information about our race weekend.

The run starts off in the beautiful, new Veterans Memorial Park, and then heads down to Historic Downtown Adairsville. After a short segment through historic Logtown, the certified course then makes a quick straightaway down South Main street where before it circles around and heads back to the finish in Veteran's Memorial Park!
However, this is not just any finish line experience. (See "Fountain Finish.") You'll make quite a splash finishing in style in this one!!
