Chili Trail Run

This year’s Holiday Chili Run is a new venture introducing the Albany Community to our beautiful Sports Park with an Olympic Pool, manicured soccer fields, plus a Long Leaf Pine-covered Trail for the 1-mile fun run and 5k participants to enjoy!

The starting line for the 5k is by the pool exterior field through the gate turning left running/jogging straight to the trail and continuing for 3 complete laps! The mile fun run begins at the gate straight across the road to the trail for one complete lap ending both races at the glass doors of the gymnasium.

As you cross our in-gated entrance you can look upon the trail beginnings to your right as well as the many parking slots for our outdoor sports programs. Continuing to our gymnasium/pavilion you see the finish line for both sets of runners. As you are walking a bit further up the path you take in the sectioned areas for the bouncy house on your right and fitness youth games on the left.
