Flint River Ramble Trail Run benefiting the Down Syndrome Association of SWGA

This run is mostly on single track trail along the beautiful Flint River in Albany Ga.

The race starts below Turtle Park on the Riverfront Trail. After running about 200 yards it veers off the concrete onto the single track wooded trail. This trail is mainly flat with the occasional dip and climb. There roots and rocks through out so get your feet up. That's what makes trail running fun!! There will be 2 aid stations on course. The 1 mile run and walk is entirely on the concrete path. All registered by June 8th will be guaranteed their shirt size. Please sign up early.
