Due to unforeseen circumstances this years race has been canceled.
With the Play The Next Play Foundation I've always wanted to do things the right way that benefit the cause we support as well as those that donate and support everything we do. With some unforeseen circumstances we have decided to cancel this years race. From Covid-19 restrictions, volunteer support, and overall planning it wasn't what it needed to be in order to have a race that raised enough money and gave people an opportunity to enjoy themselves in doing so. We will have better success for the next race where ever it might be. My hopes are to have one in person with the option of a virtual run if needed but with uncertain restrictions still being lifted we weren't able to pull one off this year. Join us for our Second annual 5K Run/Walk! This race is a fundraiser for the Play The Next Play Foundation which provides support and awareness for our military veterans and their families.
Although we weren't able to take over the streets in person last year we had a tremendous turnout for the inaugural PTNP Virtual 5K and depending upon approval we will have the option of a virtual 5K Run/Walk as well as our first in person run event. Regardless, the race will go on and your registration will be valid for either. Help us honor and support our veterans and their families in this Memorial Day Weekend event!
