About LRJ Foundation:

LRJ Foundation’s mission is to improve mental wellness, relationships, and suicide prevention through interactive educational programming in school districts and communities. We discuss topics such as bullying, test anxiety, life stressors, depression, healthy relationships, positive coping, feeling and emotions, resiliency, social media boundaries, and suicide prevention education (grades only 7-12th). Students enjoy the openness, discussion, and talking about actual experiences they are going through.

Since 2012, the LRJ Foundation has educated over 50, 100 students, teachers, and parents through evidence-based, interactive workshops that are created and led by licensed therapists.  **We will continue to provide our school families and classroom education virtually until we can be present in classrooms.
