6:45–7:45 AM — Check-in at the start line, 1300 Deerfield Parkway

8:00 AM — Race starts

8:20 AM — First finishers expected

9:00–9:15 AM — Final walkers in

Pick up your bib and welcome package at Painted Horse Winery on October 21st, 22nd, or 23rd during regular business hours in the tasting room. Everything you need for race morning comes in that package.

Parking is at 1300 Deerfield Parkway, the same address as the start. Enter from the Webb Bridge side — the Deerfield entrance will be closed for the race.

Who can participate?

Ages 6 and up are recommended to participate independently. Kids under 6 are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian on the course.

Can I walk the 5k?

Yes — this is a run/walk event. Walkers are absolutely welcome.

Can I participate Virtually?

Yes. Virtual registration costs $15 more than the in-person price and includes shipping of your commemorative bib and T-shirt. You can complete your 5K anywhere, on your own time.

Are Strollers Allowed?

Yes. Strollers will start in a designated stroller/walker wave at the back of the pack for safety. Babies and toddlers are welcome to ride along.
