Challenge 1 - Let's Move in a Jiffy, it's Getting Quite Nippy! (60 miles) - This is an average of 1 mile per day for 60 days. Build in your own rest days!

Challenge 2 - Think Twice, Before Running/Walking on Ice! (120 Miles) - This is an average of 2 miles per day for 60 days. Build in your own rest days.

Challenge 3 - Winter is SNOW Much Fun! (180 miles +) - This is an average of 3+ miles per day for 60 days. Build in your own rest days.

It's time to start, come back, and/or improve YOUR fitness in 2021!
All Challenge registrants will receive:
- Two "Coffee Talks" with Jeff by video, with email access to Jeff afterwards. Bring YOUR questions, and your coffee/OJ!
- Jeff's Training E-books
- NEW CLASSES! Free video classes on these topics: "Getting Started" for new exercisers, "Enjoying Exercise as We Age" (Seniors), "Fit Kids" (learn about how to keep your kids or grandkids active) and "Winter Weather Wear" a fun cold-weather fashion show! All classes will be recorded for later viewing.
- NEW! Separate Challenge Leaderboard to compare progress as you manually enter your distance (participation is optional)
- "Certificate of Success" at the end of the program
- Fun social media inspiration
- Recruit 5 or more and receive a free entry! Challenge your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers!
- Each participant will choose from one of the Challenges below and manually log their distance for each workout (if desired). There are no time goals. At the end of the 60 days each person will receive their Certificate of Completion!
