Course
The course runs on paved surfaces and stays completely within Sandy Creek Park.
The course is USATF certified (GA19034DJ) and can be used as a Peachtree Qualifier.
Awards
Unique, themed awards are given to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female and the following Male / Female Age Groups:
5-year age groups: 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and Over
Children in the fun run are promised a big bag of candy and a finishers medal.
Race Series and Finishline Management
The Jack O'Lantern Jog 5K is proud to be a member of the Black Bag Race Series and the Clover Glove Race Series.
Finish line management and timing provided by Classic Race Services.
What if it Rains?
We get wet! Race start time may be delayed in 15-minute increments if storms are in the area. Sorry, no refunds due to inclement weather.
