Description
Come run one of the best trails in Northeast Georgia. Gorgeous lakeside views, creek crossings & challenging, but a 100% runnable trail awaits you. With 2 fun distances, there’s something for everyone! Both races begin at 9:00am.

5k Registration fees: $35.00 & shirt size guaranteed, register by 02/16/25
$40.00 after 02/16/25 and through race day if not sold out
15k Registration fees: $45.00 & shirt size guaranteed, register by 02/16/25
$50.00 after 02/16/25 and through race day if not sold out.

9:00am 5K and 15K start time (yes, both races begin at the same time!)
10:30am Awards
Course Maps
5K: short initial road section followed by technical trails. COURSE MAP
15k: short initial road section and then a full loop+ of the Lakeside Loop Trail. COURSE MAP

MALE AND FEMALE 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,
40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over.
Race Series and Finishline Management
The Lake Chapman Trail Race 5K and 15K are proud to be a member of the Black Bag Race Series.
Finishline management and timing provided by Classic Race Services.
Inclement Weather
Race will be postponed up to 2 hours in event of dangerous weather or cancelled. Should Sandy Creek Park deem the trails unrunnable/unusable, we will switch everyone to a modified course(s) within the park.
