Description
The 10th Annual family friendly Hustle for Hope 5K and 1.5 Mile hosted by The Elaine Clark Center. The courses traverses through the scenic Kewsick Park neighborhood in Chamblee, GA. This is our 10th year so we are celebrating by holding the race on the 10th day of the month (November 10th) starting at 10:00 a.m.! We need you to help us by forming a team of 10 or bringing 10 friends, family, neighbors or co-workers to the race.
Proceeds from the Hustle will benefit the Frank Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund. The Fund enables children and young adults with special needs from 6 weeks to 22 years old to receive support services vital to their optimal development. Some of these services include: early intervention, pediatric nursing, inclusive childcare therapies, K-12 accredited educational programming, job site training, respite care, life skills based curriculum, after school enrichment and developmental assessments. Through generous support of the fund, last year 47 children received scholarships to attend the Elaine Clark Center.
The check in on the day of the race is in front of the Keswick Park Community Center. The race and walk will end at the playground behind the Community Center. Post-race water and snacks will be available.
Register early to guarantee a t-shirt! Must be registered by November 1st for a t-shirt. However, you can register and participate on the day of the race.
