All registration fees for the 2024 race will go directly to the Cox Employee Relief Fund! The Cox Employee Relief Fund (CERF) is 501c3, nonprofit organization which provides relief to Cox employees and their families when faced with financial hardships caused by unexpected life events.

Description
One Cox for CERF! Come together with your colleagues, family and friends to engage in physical activity and support our Cox Employee Relief Fund (CERF)!
The 2024 Cox 5K will be held in-person and virtually, so you can participate in any place, indoors or outdoors, with friends, family, colleagues, or solo. Participate however you want - run, walk, skip, hop, or roll (strollers or wheelchairs)! We just ask that you participate safely.
Who is eligible? All Cox employees and their family and friends!
The in-person event will be Sat. Sept. 14 at 8:30 a.m.
Kids Fun Run will start at 8 a.m. and is for all kids under 12 years of age. Recognition will be provided.
The virtual event will run from Sunday, Sept. 8 - Saturday, Sept. 15. You can choose which day you will participate.
Please note that T-shirts will only be sent out to virtual participants who complete the race and log their results. To log your results:

Virtual Race Questions:
How do I submit my race time?
Participate in the virtual race anytime between Sept. 8-15. Submit your time by Sept. 15 to get a T-shirt in the mail.
Log in to your RunSignUp Account here: runsignup.com/Login.
Go to your profile: runsignup.com/Profile.
Click “Submit Virtual Results” on the event for which you have results.

When will I receive my 5K t-shirt?

Both virtual and in-person participants MUST complete the race to receive a t-shirt.

Virtual: T-shirts will be mailed to all virtual participants who submit their race time by Sept. 15 up to 6-8 weeks after the completion of the race. To ensure participants receive their shirts in a timely manner, we must strictly adhere to the Sept. 15 deadline for race time submissions. Thank you for your understanding.

In person: All in-person race participants can pick up their T-shirts in the Rotunda following the race.
I didn't submit my virtual race time by Sept. 15, can I still receive a T-shirt?
