Atlanta Lab Rescue 5K

The 12th Annual Atlanta Lab Rescue 5K is one of our largest fundraisers for Atlanta Lab Rescue. ALR's mission is to rescue Labrador Retrievers and Large Breed Mixes from overwhelmed shelters and abusive situations and place them in secure, loving homes. We average 40+ dogs in the program at any given time and in our first 13 years, we have rescued over 6000 dogs. Our website is www.atlantalabrescue.com. The Atlanta Lab Rescue 5K (approximately 3.15 miles) begins and ends at Shirley Clarke Franklin Park (formerly Westside Park) in Atlanta, GA. This will be a dog friendly race; however no retractable leashes are allowed. The event is being held on Sunday, November 15th, 2026. The 5K will have timing provided by Elite Race Timing at www.eliteracetiming.com. After the race is completed stick around for the awards ceremony!

Registration fee includes a long sleeve t-shirt. Each participant in the timed start will receive a race bib with a timing chip. Shirts will be mailed to all virtual runners the week of the race. 

Early packet pickup will be available Friday, November 13th (location details to follow).  Registration at packet pickup will be available via QR code for $40.00. Credit card or debit card only. No cash or check will be accepted. 

Race Day registration will also be available onsite until 9:00am via QR code for $45.00. Credit card or debit card only. No cash or check will be accepted.
