What is Canicross?
Canicross is running cross country with your dog. The difference is that canicross is powered by the dog! Special harnesses allow them to safely and comfortably pull the runner via a bungee lead attached to a running belt. The dog may be pulling, but the owner is the driver. Dogs learn commands that sled mushers use to navigate the trail. The goal is to work as a team to get to the finish line!
All breeds and skill levels welcome in our titling program where you can earn more challenge coins!
