Join the WiM Education Foundation on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, at 6:30 A.M. for our second annual 5K race! Participants will enjoy a gorgeous run or walk along the bay in San Diego, CA on a professionally designed course that starts and finishes at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel.
The WiMEF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to close the gender gap, to increase representation of women in leadership roles, and to inspire the next generation of women in manufacturing
Run, walk, or stroll along the beautiful San Diego Bay. The race kicks off at 6:30 a.m. just steps away from the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel - the site of this year's WiM SUMMIT.
***WE ARE OFFICIALLY AT CAPACTIY AND REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2023 HERIZON 5K***
The first 250 registrants receive a t-shirt, and all participants will enjoy post-race snacks to refuel in time for the last day of SUMMIT. All registrations after 9/5 will not be guarantied a t-shirt.
The top 10 finishers will receive medals, and participants are encouraged to create and join teams - just click "Teams/Groups" in the navigation at the top of the page.

This event is a fundraiser for the WiM Education Foundation - we need your help to continue offering affordable, effective programs that support more women in leadership roles and inspire the next generation of women in manufacturing. Enjoy a beautiful run/walk along the San Diego Bay.
The race begins and ends just steps from the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel, and follows a relatively flat (20ft elevation gain) out-and-back course along a wide path with gorgeous views of the water. The course includes public restrooms and water fountains, and will be clearly marked with directional signage.
