More than 350 women have graduated from the WiMEF’s formal leadership programs, prepared to take the next step in their manufacturing careers.

In 2021, WiMEF launched the Empowering Women in Production - the only program of its kind - to provide online learning, career coaching, and peer mentorship for women who work in production.
